Student Visit Day!
Be a farm student for the day!
Agenda
If you are here on a Thursday, it’s Literature day. Be prepared for a typical fun, school day. Here at LSUHS, students are expected to learn to work independently, participate in short learning periods, collaborate on group efforts, work hard for a bit on the farm, have some down time or cooling off in the pond, before doing a bit more independent school work and heading home. It is not unusual for the driver to have to come and fetch the students at the end of the day. They aren’t usually in a line waiting for the bus like they may be in other schools. Here is a typical schedule. Spaces are limited. REGISTRATION REQUIRED – CLICK HERE!
July 12* – Parents check in at the main office 9:45-10:00 AM.
Students will participate in our normal schedule for the day which begins at 10 AM. *If you need to make an appointment to participate on a different date, just ask!

Students should wear/bring:

- clothes to work in
- change of clothes
- close-toed shoes for working outside (these may get muddy)
